Classification by Form: Stainless Steel Coils, Stainless Steel Plates, Stainless Steel Sections, Stainless Steel Strips, Stainless Steel Pipes

Stainless Steel Coils: Generally referring to stainless steel coils with a width of more than 1000mm. The common thickness of hot-rolled coils ranges from 3mm to 16mm, while that of cold-rolled coils is ≤ 3mm.

Stainless Steel Plates: Usually with a width of over 1000mm. The thickness of cold-rolled plates is generally below 3mm, and the common thickness of hot-rolled plates is between 3mm and 150mm. All stainless steel products with a thickness of more than 16mm are presented in the form of plates.

Stainless Steel Strips: Generally referring to stainless steel plates or coils with a width of less than 1000mm. Most of them are produced by private steel mills through calendering or re-rolling processes.

Stainless Steel Sections: Sections are strip-shaped steel products with specific cross-sectional shapes and dimensions. According to their cross-sectional shapes, sections can be further divided into round steel, angle steel, flat steel, square steel, channel steel, hexagonal steel, etc.

Stainless Steel Pipes: Pipes are divided into two major categories: seamless pipes and welded pipes (seamed pipes). They can also be classified into round pipes and shaped pipes based on cross-sectional shapes. They are used for fluid transportation pipelines, as well as for manufacturing mechanical parts and engineering structures.
